Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection assistance to customers.
- Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as various brand and regional training sessions.
- Maintain product displays in designated areas, ensuring shelves and drawers are clean.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Exemplary customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
