Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Utilize data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth in collaboration with the Store Manager and District Manager.
  • Drive a selling culture within the team to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values.
  • Enhance team performance and capability to support internal talent development.
  • Implement a continuous improvement mentality and energize the team to deliver first-class customer service.
  • Manage store operations including brand events, training, and visual merchandising to ensure alignment with Sephora's brand and culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail/store line management.
  • Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.

Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail. Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills. Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and coach team members. Ability to attract, identify, and inspire talented employees. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills. Flexibility to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in retail or store line management, with experience in big box retail or multi-site management preferred.
