Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure a high‑performing, compliant and visually compelling retail environment.
  • Drive sales and profitability through execution of merchandising, promotions and KPI‑driven initiatives.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve performance targets.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop a diverse pipeline of talent; manage staffing and scheduling to meet business needs.
  • Deliver real‑time coaching, conduct performance appraisals, and provide actionable feedback to support career progression.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally; cultivate loyalty through personalized service and program activation.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels in collaboration with store leadership and operations teams.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, safety protocols and corporate policies across all store activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of progressive retail management experience, ideally as an assistant store manager in high‑volume environments.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain talent with a track record of coaching associates to exceed targets.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing sales KPIs, inventory and labor to drive profitability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated capability to deliver constructive feedback.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and the physical ability to perform retail duties (ability to lift up to 50 pounds).

Experience
