Role & Responsibilities

  • Support store operations to ensure seamless daily execution, an immaculate visual environment, and compliance with brand standards and policies.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by coaching the team on service excellence, clienteling and loyalty-program engagement.
  • Lead, inspire and develop store talent through recruitment, onboarding, real-time coaching and structured performance appraisals.
  • Drive sales, profitability and KPI attainment by optimizing inventory, staffing and promotional activity.
  • Resolve client concerns skillfully and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage scheduling and resourcing to meet peak demand in a dynamic retail calendar, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an assistant store manager or equivalent leadership role in fast-paced, high-volume retail.
  • Demonstrable ability to recruit, develop and retain diverse retail talent and to drive team performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of delivering constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a focus on meeting sales targets while balancing operational priorities.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks of the role (lift/carry up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for full shifts, bend/stretch to stock merchandise) and to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store operations.

Experience

Education
