Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CRM automation strategies in collaboration with global, regional, and country teams.
  • Oversee end-to-end CRM workflows, including planning, creative briefing, deployment, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain CRM automations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze, ensuring seamless data integration.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize automation performance and impact.
  • Track campaign results, report on KPIs, and recommend improvements for scalability.
  • Manage project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of CRM automation projects.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of CRM processes, including journey templates and best practices.
  • Enhance processes and workflows for improved CRM automation outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in CRM automation with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end CRM automation management.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data integration platforms such as BigQuery.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
