Role & Responsibilities
- Support Category Managers in developing retail strategies for the make-up category.
- Coordinate and monitor category projects, including trade and store animations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of in-store launches and activations.
- Participate in assortment management, including sales forecasting, new product listings, and merchandising updates.
- Engage in communications with brands and internal departments such as supply, retail marketing, social media, and CRM.
- Facilitate communications with regional directors and stores through presentations and internal platforms.
- Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports and analyses, including weekly and monthly figures and ad hoc analyses of brand animations and key commercial events.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent with a specialization in marketing or commerce.
- Seeking an end-of-study or gap year internship.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Possess strong organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Previous business experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the beauty market.

Education
Master's degree in Business or equivalent, specializing in marketing or commerce.
