Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the Sephora Collection brand for the French market.
  • Participate in the operational execution of the Sephora Collection in stores and online.
  • Conduct weekly performance tracking of the three categories: Makeup, Skincare, and Haircare.
  • Monitor promotional activities such as gifts with purchase, samples, and gift cards across retail and web channels.
  • Manage the visibility plan for E-Stores and the App.
  • Assist in assortment management, including new product listings and sales tracking.
  • Contribute to reporting and analysis, both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Aid in the preparation of internal presentations and seasonal events such as Mother's Day and Christmas.
  • Facilitate store communication and manage feedback from stores.
  • Draft weekly INSIDE messages for the store network.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a higher education degree in university or business school with a specialization in Marketing.
  • Seeking an end-of-study or gap year internship.
  • Previous experience in the beauty sector is advantageous.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative.

Experience

Beginner level experience in the beauty sector is preferred.

Education

Higher education in university or business school, specializing in Marketing.
