Sephora — Assistant Category Manager, Fragrance (Internship) in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine, France. 3‑month internship starting May 2026 supporting Europe fragrance assortment and marketing.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the definition and implementation of the fragrance assortment strategy across European stores and e‑commerce platforms.
- Contribute to the development of 360° innovation and marketing plans in collaboration with brand partners, local markets and the marketing team.
- Coordinate omnichannel and digital projects tied to category peak moments and promotional calendars.
- Produce post‑activation reporting and prepare internal presentations summarizing performance and learnings.
- Analyze banner, brand, destination and new‑product performance to inform assortment and merchandising decisions.
- Monitor competitor activity, consumer trends and market dynamics relevant to the fragrance category.
- Source and evaluate new fragrance brands and potential new category destinations.
- Maintain ongoing cross‑functional and cross‑market relationships with brands, country teams and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or university programme with a specialization in marketing or digital.
- Available for a 3‑month internship starting May 2026 (based in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine, hybrid working).
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills, synthesis ability and commercial curiosity.
- Rigorous, autonomous and comfortable working with numerical data; interest in the beauty sector.
Skills
Experience
Early‑career candidate: current student (internship level). Previous internships in retail, beauty, merchandising or marketing are an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Current enrolment in a Business School or University programme, specialising in Marketing or Digital (Bachelor or Master level studies).
