Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Minis&More Europe team in developing and implementing the product strategy across European stores.
- Collaborate with various brands and countries to construct seasonal assortments, merchandising plans, and marketing activation toolboxes.
- Coordinate and monitor product launches with partner brands.
- Track timelines and coordinate key category milestones.
- Generate reports on category performance and product launches, as well as brand-specific reports.
- Collaborate with studio, training, social media, CRM, and digital teams to enhance category visibility within the brand.
Qualifications
- Desire to learn about Category Management and Launch Coordination.
- Interest in the cosmetics and retail sector.
- Currently in the second part of a gap year or completing a final-year internship.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience, suitable for those in the early stages of their career.
Education
Currently pursuing higher education, ideally in a related field.
