Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training and coaching to store staff in the assigned region, focusing on makeup skills and key brand knowledge.
- Ensure employees can provide excellent makeup services and adhere to Sephora's service standards.
- Develop and implement training plans based on regional skill gaps and sales opportunities.
- Support the rollout of Sephora University programs and act as a trainer for specific events.
- Monitor and track the learning progress of store employees through Sephora University.

- Extensive experience in the cosmetics industry.
