Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct individual nursing consultations following established protocols.
- Manage emergency care for workplace accidents in accordance with public health and labor codes.
- Support employees and the company by addressing specific requests such as appointments, job studies, and medical recommendations.
- Ensure follow-up on occupational health physician's recommendations in case of aptitude restrictions.
- Provide special support to employees with disabilities or chronic conditions.
- Facilitate discussions for job retention and adaptation in collaboration with the employer, public organizations, and the occupational health physician.
- Participate in the development and updating of health and safety documents in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Offer advice and information on occupational health.
- Create and lead awareness sessions, training, and information on physical and mental health prevention topics.
- Organize and participate in hygiene, individual and collective health, and safety education and prevention actions.
- Engage in individual or collective workplace actions, including health surveillance and research.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as surveys, agendas, reports, and maintaining a document base.
- Manage the pharmacy, infirmary, and stock control, ensuring traceability and handling expirations and orders.
- Ensure traceability of nursing consultations and actions, and prepare diverse reports and maintain registers.
Qualifications
- State Diploma in Nursing, ideally supplemented by a License in Occupational Health/DIUST or equivalent certified training.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
