Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate commercial and marketing contracts, including IT agreements, service supply contracts, and art loan agreements.
  • Advise store management and operational teams on contract law, competition law, and consumer law, ensuring compliance with commercial operations.
  • Provide legal support for store projects, including the digitalization of legal activities and AI-related tools.
  • Manage and monitor pre-litigation and litigation cases.
  • Prepare and conduct training sessions for management and operational teams.

Qualifications

  • Advanced legal education with a specialization in Business Law, such as a Master 2 in Business Law, and possibly an LLM or a Master's from a business school.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal department, preferably within a group in the distribution or luxury sector.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and business law.
  • International experience is appreciated.
  • Proficiency in both English and French (spoken and written).

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a legal department, preferably within the distribution or luxury sector.
