Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate commercial and marketing contracts, including IT agreements, service provision contracts, and partnerships.
  • Advise the Store Management and operational teams on contract law, competition law, and consumer law, ensuring compliance with commercial operations.
  • Provide legal support for store projects, including digitalization and AI-related initiatives.
  • Manage and monitor pre-litigation and litigation cases.
  • Prepare and conduct training sessions for management and operational teams.

Qualifications

  • Advanced legal education with a specialization in Business Law (e.g., Master 2 in Business Law) and possibly an LLM or a Master's from a business school.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal department, preferably within a group in the distribution or luxury sector.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and business law.
  • International experience or background is appreciated.
  • Fluency in both English and French, both spoken and written.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal department, preferably within a group in the distribution or luxury sector.

Education

Advanced legal education with a specialization in Business Law (e.g., Master 2 in Business Law) and possibly an LLM or a Master's from a business school.
