Digital & CRM Project Assistant
Ruinart (LVMH) — Paris: Digital & CRM Project Assistant (apprenticeship, Sept 2026). 12‑month on‑site role supporting digital campaigns, CRM and analytics.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing & Communication department in the development and activation of digital and CRM programmes.
- Manage and animate digital content: create and update editorial and visual assets across the digital ecosystem.
- Execute CRM campaigns (emailings, newsletters), including audience segmentation and message personalization.
- Design and run A/B tests and other experiments to improve campaign and site performance.
- Monitor KPIs for campaigns, website and CRM; produce regular reporting and deliver performance-based recommendations.
- Coordinate digital projects with internal teams, external agencies and international markets (planning, deliverables, validations).
- Conduct competitive benchmarks, social media and digital trend watching to inform strategy and best practices.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s-level programme (Bac+4/5) in digital marketing, communication or business school.
- At least one prior experience in digital marketing or CRM (internship or previous alternance).
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Analytical mindset with rigor in data handling and reporting.
- Highly organized, autonomous and proactive with strong team collaboration skills.
- Excellent written communication and editorial skills; creative and curious.

Beginner — currently a Bac+4/5 student with at least one internship or alternance in digital marketing or CRM; ready to join a 12‑month apprenticeship.
Education
Enrolled in a Master’s programme (Bac+4/5) in digital marketing, communication, business school or equivalent.
