Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble components of mechanical movements with precision and in accordance with prescribed assembly sequences.
- Install dials and hands, perform casing (emboîtage) operations and fit bracelets to completed watches.
- Work autonomously on assigned assembly tasks while adhering to defined quality and productivity standards.
- Follow written and verbal instructions from trainers and supervisors; report non-conformities and participate in quality checks.
- Maintain an organized, clean workstation and respect workplace safety and handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong visual acuity and sustained concentration suitable for fine mechanical work.
- Exceptional manual dexterity, patience and attention to minutiae.
- Logical, methodical approach to tasks and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Application dossier to include curriculum vitae, cover letter and school reports from the last three academic years.
