Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize and conduct observations and measurements to characterize the performance and test the technical and aesthetic compliance of components, sub-assemblies, and movements throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Analyze and interpret measurement results in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate line monitoring activities with a preventive and corrective vision.
  • Contribute to the formalization and communication of analysis results through technical reports and presentations.
  • Provide analytical expertise and product knowledge to understand and improve watch products.

Qualifications

  • CFC in watchmaking or equivalent qualification.
  • TQ1 diploma or equivalent experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in watch analysis.

Skills

Knowledge of measurement equipment. Proficiency in using computer tools. Dynamic, autonomous, and rigorous. Strong analytical and communication skills. Team-oriented mindset.

Experience

Experience in watch analysis is required.

Education

CFC in watchmaking or equivalent qualification.
