Visitor Coordinator
Rolex is seeking a Visitor Coordinator in Geneva, Switzerland. This full-time role involves organizing corporate visits and representing the brand at events. Fluency in English and French required.

Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and conduct corporate visits across all production sites in Geneva and Biel.
- Deliver presentations to a diverse B2B audience on watch manufacturing processes, company values, and history.
- Develop and lead cross-functional projects to enhance messaging, materials, and visitor experiences.
- Coordinate logistical aspects related to visitor activities.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships between the visitor services and workshops, as well as with internal and external partners.
- Represent the brand at events.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent education.
- Proven experience of 5 years in a similar role or substantial experience in Public Relations.
