Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop new tooling to qualify new products.
  • Formalize setup reports for tooling.
  • Develop new manufacturing processes.
  • Draft usage guides and setup sheets.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects.
  • Provide technical support to production.
  • Ensure best practices and knowledge retention through formalization and training.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (HES) or Technician diploma (ES) in microtechnology or equivalent.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of stamping techniques. Mechanical skills. Problem-solving abilities. Organizational skills. Teamwork and collaboration. Effective communication skills.

Experience

Experience in material forming is required.
