Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the introduction of new products and after-sales services according to the production plan.
  • Ensure the relevance of the manufacturing range by securing necessary tooling and documentation for production.
  • Participate in project risk analyses.
  • Conduct exploitation assessments for new product approvals in collaboration with project teams.
  • Validate the transition of new products to series production in collaboration with the project team.
  • Facilitate effective coordination among project respondents, exploitation technicians, industrialization, and scheduling teams.
  • Represent the sector in new product and after-sales service committees.
  • Maintain communication with management.
  • Implement rigorous tracking of qualification manufacturing orders in the workshop in collaboration with scheduling.
  • Lead project meetings within the sector.

Qualifications

  • Technical diploma or degree in Microtechnology Engineering.
  • Initial experience in the industrial sector is required.

Skills

Strong analytical and data synthesis capabilities. Pronounced team spirit, attentive, and meticulous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in watchmaking and project management is advantageous. Ability to maintain perspective on complex projects and workflows. Good stress management, flexibility, and responsiveness.

Experience

Initial experience in the industrial sector is required, with a preference for those with watchmaking and project management experience.

Education

Technical diploma or degree in Microtechnology Engineering.
