Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement projects related to washing operations.
  • Contribute to new product projects by industrializing washing operations.
  • Participate in investment projects for industrial washing equipment, providing technical expertise and overseeing implementation.
  • Support production in resolving daily issues or process deviations.
  • Ensure technological watch in the field of expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry.
  • Proven experience in industrial washing, preferably in the watchmaking or jewelry sector.

Skills

Proficiency in various washing techniques (detergent, solvent, plasma preparation, etc.) and knowledge of detergent supplier networks. Autonomy and strong analytical and synthesis skills. Natural leadership and pedagogical skills to motivate and unite a team. Demonstrated organizational skills.

Experience

Proven experience in industrial washing, ideally within the watchmaking or jewelry industry.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry.
