Rolex in Biel/Bienne seeks a Supply Planner to manage production supply plans and partner coordination in the Production division.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain supply plans for assigned product flows by consolidating internal requirements and external partner capacities.
  • Monitor execution of supply plans and maintain an up-to-date order portfolio to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Communicate activity forecasts to external suppliers and coordinate the recording of their scheduling decisions.
  • Contribute to allocation and capacity-distribution strategies across production flows.
  • Support the phased introduction and industrialization of new products and processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a technical university, HES (University of Applied Sciences) or equivalent (EPFL or similar preferred).
  • Previous professional experience in a supply chain, production planning or materials management role is preferred.
  • Proven proficiency with an ERP system and standard office productivity tools.
  • Strong analytical aptitude, autonomy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, clear communicator and able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Experience

Professional experience in a supply chain, production planning or logistics function is desirable; practical exposure to coordinating external manufacturing partners is an advantage.

Education

Degree from a university, EPFL-level engineering school or HES (University of Applied Sciences) in engineering, supply chain, logistics or a related discipline.
