Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in continuous improvement projects related to the Supply Chain.
  • Conduct project scoping and define project parameters.
  • Facilitate and coordinate team efforts and activities.
  • Communicate project progress and ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Support implementation, document solutions, and ensure sustainability.
  • Monitor project progress through reporting, performance indicators, and risk management.
  • Propose improvements to optimize Supply Chain processes and tools.
  • Serve as a key liaison with all contributors to Supply Chain processes.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Logistics, Production, or equivalent Engineering degree (EPF/HES).
  • Proficiency in project management fundamentals.
  • Experience in Planning/Supply Chain domain.

Skills

Proficiency in standard office software and ERP systems. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to synthesize information. Meticulous attention to detail and autonomy. Proactive approach and curiosity. Strong analytical skills and ability to maintain perspective.

Experience

Experience in Planning or Supply Chain management is required.

Education

University degree in Logistics, Production, or equivalent Engineering degree.
