Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage sales administration including order entry and tracking in SAP, and ensure data reliability and updates.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to streamline interactions and follow up on requests.
  • Monitor sales administration performance through KPIs, analyze results, and communicate feedback to relevant teams to achieve set objectives.
  • Handle customer disputes and complaints, contributing to their resolution and implementing necessary corrective actions.
  • Lead supply chain optimization projects by mapping processes, identifying issues, proposing improvements, and overseeing their implementation.
  • Implement digitalization of processes by gathering requirements, participating in tool/solution deployment, testing, training, and post-deployment follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Commerce or Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience in sales administration or supply chain roles, preferably in an SAP environment.

Skills

Excellent analytical skills (proficiency in Excel, Powerquery, Python is a plus). Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on communication and customer service. Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset. Autonomous, meticulous, and comfortable working in a team environment. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; Spanish is an advantage.

Experience

Experience in sales administration or supply chain roles, preferably in an SAP environment.

Education

Degree in Commerce or Supply Chain Management.
