Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide general operational support across departments at the Biel/Bienne site during the summer period.
  • Assist with light production, assembly support or workshop tasks under close supervision, adhering to strict quality and safety procedures.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry and document handling to support internal teams.
  • Participate in onboarding and any assigned short projects, demonstrating punctuality and a readiness to learn.
  • Respect company confidentiality, internal rules and workplace conduct while representing the brand on site.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in secondary or tertiary education (students preferred).
  • Minimum availability of three consecutive weeks during the summer; candidates must provide full availability across the summer period.
  • Applicants should attach an electronic dossier including: motivation letter, curriculum vitae, proof of studies (attestation), copy of identity document (both sides); non‑Swiss residents must include a copy of their residence permit.
  • Role principally aimed at children of Rolex employees and other student applicants in line with the programme’s eligibility.
