Software Development Intern — Infrastructure Deployment Portal
Rolex in Geneva: Software Development Intern to build an infrastructure deployment portal (4–6 month internship).

Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse internal stakeholders' needs to support migration of existing applications and define new requirements for an infrastructure deployment portal.
- Develop back‑end and front‑end components of the portal using Java and React.
- Participate in the portal lifecycle including deployment, maintenance and incremental improvement.
- Work within an Agile team, following project processes and contributing to product acceptance criteria.
- Adapt and redefine product usage conditions to reflect evolving client expectations and operational constraints.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Technicien·ne ES en Informatique program or an equivalent vocational/technical IT training.
- Strong interest in software development and demonstrable coursework or academic projects in development.
- Practical familiarity with Java, React and related web technologies; exposure to Node.js/JavaScript is an advantage.
- Interest in DevOps practices and deployment pipelines.
- Organised, autonomous, proactive and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Availability for a 4–6 month internship.
Skills
Experience
No formal professional experience required; academic projects, personal coding projects or prior internships in software development are advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Technicien·e ES en Informatique program or equivalent vocational/technical IT education.
