SAP PP / ePPDS Business Analyst
Rolex in Geneva seeks a SAP PP/ePPDS Business Analyst to lead production planning & scheduling processes and support SAP S/4HANA migration.

Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional expert for production planning and detailed scheduling processes (SAP PP and ePPDS), ensuring harmonised, end‑to‑end workflows.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document functional requirements linked to planning and scheduling.
- Participate in configuration, testing, validation and support activities for SAP PP and SAP ePPDS modules.
- Coordinate and contribute to the transition and migration of planning and scheduling capabilities to SAP S/4HANA.
- Drive data governance and quality initiatives to improve master and transactional data used by planning processes.
- Identify process bottlenecks, propose optimised treatments for lead‑time management and anticipate future capacity and planning needs.
- Engage in cross‑functional projects and ensure solution changes align with the company roadmap and operational constraints.
Qualifications
- University degree in computer science, engineering (e.g., EPF) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum three years' professional experience in Supply Chain, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in SAP PP and SAP ePPDS including configuration, customizing and user support.
- Practical experience or familiarity with APS tools (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP APO) is an asset.
- Strong project management capabilities: organisation, planning, flexibility and teamwork.
- Excellent command of French and good working knowledge of English.
- High degree of autonomy, initiative and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Analytical rigour, discretion regarding sensitive information and strong interpersonal skills.

Experience
At least 3 years' hands‑on experience in supply chain or manufacturing planning roles, with demonstrable involvement in SAP PP and ePPDS implementations, support or S/4HANA migration projects.
Education
University degree in computer science, engineering (e.g., EPF) or equivalent.
