SAP BW & BO Administrator
Rolex in Geneva seeks a SAP BW & BO Administrator (Permanent). Lead platform operations, performance tuning and S/4HANA transition for BW and BO.

Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure daily operation, supervision and scheduling of SAP BW and BusinessObjects (BO) batch processing and jobs.
- Provide Level 3 support during on‑call rotations and act as technical escalation point for users and project teams.
- Monitor, analyse and optimise SAP BW performance running on SAP HANA.
- Plan, coordinate and contribute to SAP BW and BO upgrades, apply security and OSS notes, and manage refresh requests for environments.
- Administer and configure servers and platform tools that support BW and BO; install and provision developer tools and transports.
- Support the transition to S/4HANA and contribute to the evolution of the data platform including BW migration and redesign activities.
- Collaborate with Data, Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure alignment with Rolex technical standards and information security requirements.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' hands‑on experience with SAP BW and SAP BusinessObjects (BO), with proven mastery of upgrades, transports, monitoring and performance optimisation.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA and experience operating BW on HANA.
- Practical knowledge of S/4HANA migration implications for BW and reporting platforms.
- Experience with job scheduling and batch orchestration (Control‑M knowledge is an asset).
- Understanding of information security concepts and ability to apply security OSS notes.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Strong coordination skills, service orientation, proactivity, rigor, autonomy and a collaborative team spirit.

Experience
At least 5 years of substantive, technical experience administering SAP BW and BO platforms, including upgrades, performance tuning, monitoring and production support; experience participating in S/4HANA migrations is highly desirable.
Education
Higher education degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
