Rolex in Geneva seeks an SAP Business Analyst to join its Information Systems Division. Requires SAP PP/ePPDS expertise and supply chain experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate functional analysis of user and business needs related to production planning and scheduling.
  • Participate in configuration, testing, validation, and support activities for SAP PP and ePPDS modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve process issues.
  • Develop and lead initiatives to improve data quality, optimize lead time processes, and anticipate future needs.
  • Ensure data governance and coherence in alignment with business objectives.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects and coordinate the transition to SAP S/4HANA for planning and scheduling.
  • Stay abreast of solution developments and ensure alignment with the company's roadmap.

Qualifications

  • University degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, ideally in an industrial setting.

Skills

Proficient in SAP PP and SAP ePPDS modules (configuration, customization, support). Knowledge of APS tools such as Kinaxis or SAP APO is an advantage. Strong project management skills: organization, planning, flexibility, teamwork. Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English. High degree of autonomy, initiative, and innovative problem-solving abilities. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within an industrial environment.

Education

University degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
