R&D Project Manager
Rolex is seeking an R&D Project Manager in Geneva, Switzerland, to lead technological portfolios in the luxury watchmaking industry.

Role & Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the development of new watch movements by providing expertise in materials and processes from the inception of innovation projects.
- Manage the project portfolio, ensuring prioritization, progress tracking, and coordination among various stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Propose and evaluate innovative technological solutions that meet the functional, aesthetic, and performance challenges of new constructions.
- Select and recommend the best materials and processes based on stringent specifications, including reliability, tribology, and assembly.
- Support the development of components from specification definition to functional validation, including testing and associated optimizations.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Microtechnology, Mechanics, or Material Science from EPF or equivalent institution.
- Proficiency in managing cross-functional projects and leading project portfolios.
- Strong horological knowledge with additional expertise in materials, manufacturing processes (metals, ceramics, etc.), tribology, or surface processes being advantageous.

Experience
Proven experience in project management within a technical or R&D setting, preferably in the watchmaking or related industry.
Education
Master's degree in Microtechnology, Mechanics, or Material Science.
