Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to preventive Quality Assurance processes during industrial qualifications.
  • Address internal non-conformities with promptness and methodical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a quality system ensuring adherence to operational and informational best practices.
  • Analyze quality performance and propose improvements to meet set objectives.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects.
  • Provide methodological support on Quality tools and processes.
  • Manage the qualification of product-supplier pairs, adhering to project timelines and objectives.
  • Drive external supplier quality performance and lead continuous improvement projects with them.

Qualifications

  • University degree, EPF/HES Engineer or equivalent education.
  • Proven professional experience in project management.
  • Experience in machining or surface treatment environments.

Skills

Proficiency in statistics (Green or Black Belt) and quality tools (QRQC, 8D, FMEA, SPC, Audit). Proficiency in standard office software and ERP systems. Proactive and pragmatic with a preference for hands-on work. Analytical and synthesis skills. Innovative and diplomatic with leadership in group settings. Adaptability and strong team spirit.

Experience

Confirmed experience in project management, particularly in machining or surface treatment.

Education

University degree, EPF/HES Engineer or equivalent.
