Role & Responsibilities

• Communicate global directives and translate them into actionable roadmaps for each team, setting individual objectives.
• Guide and support team members in achieving their goals and enhancing their skills.
• Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes open communication and trust, contributing to team cohesion.
• Develop relationships with partners to promote a culture of quality, invigorate exchanges, and mobilize resources.
• Encourage cross-functional communication with internal partners.
• Ensure adherence to processes and facilitate information flow.
• Lead the Project Quality Management team, focusing on Superlative Control.
• Ensure the implementation of various management and reporting tools.
• Enhance process efficiency by anticipating changes and new constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field with knowledge of quality management.
• Training and/or experience in the watchmaking industry.
• Proven experience in team management.
