Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to quality standards across the sector by liaising with experts.
- Guarantee the application of control methodologies and consistency of reference standards.
- Act as a liaison between the sector and quality technicians by reporting incidents or non-compliant products.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with control methods and tools.
- Participate in the validation of aesthetic criteria for produced parts.
- Prepare weekly reports and facilitate quality meetings.
- Maintain the required skill level for each controller by providing necessary training and support.
- Participate in training, coaching, and aesthetic criteria control for all sector employees.
- Contribute actively to continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications
- Diploma as a Technician in Mechanics or Microtechnology
- Proven experience in the quality domain, supplemented by certified continuous training
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in quality control of watchmaking products
