Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards across the sector by liaising with experts.
  • Guarantee the application of control methodologies and consistency of reference standards.
  • Act as a liaison between the sector and quality technicians by reporting incidents or non-compliant products.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with control methods and tools.
  • Participate in the validation of aesthetic criteria for produced parts.
  • Prepare weekly reports and facilitate quality meetings.
  • Maintain the required skill level for each controller by providing necessary training and support.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and aesthetic criteria control for all sector employees.
  • Contribute actively to continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

  • Diploma as a Technician in Mechanics or Microtechnology
  • Proven experience in the quality domain, supplemented by certified continuous training
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in quality control of watchmaking products

Skills

Expertise in aesthetic control and mastery of basic quality tools Good visual acuity and knowledge of plan reading Proficiency in computer tools Strong training, coaching, and auditing capabilities

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in quality control within the watchmaking industry is required.

Education

Diploma as a Technician in Mechanics or Microtechnology
