Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the buying teams responsible for Leather Goods & Watch Packaging (Maroquinerie & Écrin) and Product Derivatives.
  • Provide project support across cross-functional department initiatives and assist buyers on domain-specific projects.
  • Prepare non-disclosure agreements, sustainability charters and standard contractual documentation.
  • Contribute to data analysis, data maintenance and regular updates of sourcing information.
  • Assist teams with purchase order follow-up and order management activities.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's programme in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, notably Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with strong synthesis and reporting abilities.
  • Autonomous, methodical and attentive; strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Previous experience or internship in purchasing/procurement is an advantage.

Internship-level role. Prior exposure to purchasing or procurement via internships, coursework or part-time roles is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree (Hospitality Management or related field).
