Rolex — Geneva: Internship (Purchasing). Support the Purchasing department on Image & Transport segments, contracts, data analysis and order management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the teams responsible for the Image Diffusion and Transport segments.
  • Provide cross‑functional assistance on departmental projects and support buyers on domain‑specific initiatives.
  • Prepare confidentiality agreements, sustainable development charters and other contractual documents.
  • Contribute to data analysis tasks and ensure timely updates to departmental datasets.
  • Assist teams with order management and related administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's programme in Hospitality Management.
  • Excellent oral and written command of English.
  • Prior experience in Purchasing is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, notably Excel.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills; autonomous and rigorous.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal communication abilities.

Enrolment in a Bachelor's degree programme; previous hands‑on experience or internship in purchasing/procurement is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.
