Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to enhance new product development.
  • Design moodboards, storytelling elements, and sophisticated presentations to highlight new products.
  • Document and trace the product development process from initial concept to presentation to management and internal teams.
  • Analyze data for product positioning and tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design team and various departments within the company.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in marketing, communication, fashion, or luxury from a prestigious institution.
  • Proven experience of 3 years in creating inspirational content for new product development, ideally within a luxury house, cosmetics company, FMCG, design firm, or large multinational.
  • Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and Photoshop with a demonstrated ability to create visually compelling presentations.

Strong creative monitoring tool knowledge. Keen attention to detail and a constant focus on quality. Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesize information. Organized, rigorous, and methodical in project management. Dynamic, autonomous, and versatile, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Great humility and deep respect for others, with a sincere commitment to team culture and confidentiality.

Experience

3 years of experience in content creation for new product development, preferably in a luxury or related industry.

Education

Master's degree in marketing, communication, fashion, or luxury.
