Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Formulate project needs and define objectives for equipment and packaging industrialization.
- Propose concepts considering objectives and sustainable development technologies.
- Draft detailed project specifications.
- Coordinate actions with the project team.
- Facilitate regular project sessions.
- Develop and monitor project schedules.
- Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Provide regular project reports to hierarchical superiors and relevant teams.
- Coordinate meetings with industrial partners.
Qualifications
- HES, EPF degree or equivalent university education.
- Proven experience managing a diverse portfolio of projects (equipment and packaging).
- Experience in supply chain and/or industrial logistics is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
