Role & Responsibilities

  • Formulate project requirements and define objectives for the industrialization of equipment and packaging.
  • Propose concepts aligned with project goals and sustainable development technologies.
  • Draft detailed project specifications.
  • Coordinate actions with the project team and lead regular project meetings.
  • Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project reports to senior management and relevant teams.
  • Coordinate meetings with industrial partners.

Qualifications

  • HES, EPF degree or equivalent university education.
  • Proven experience managing a diverse portfolio of equipment projects.
  • Experience in supply chain and/or industrial logistics is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and/or German is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and autonomy. Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and effective communication. Ability to synthesize information and communicate it effectively. Dynamic, flexible, and a strong team player.

Experience

Proven experience in managing a diverse portfolio of equipment projects, with additional experience in supply chain or industrial logistics considered an advantage.

Education
