Role & Responsibilities

  • Assemble and adjust individual components of mechanical watch movements with fine precision.
  • Perform regulation and setting operations to guarantee correct functioning of mechanisms and complete watches.
  • Execute rigorous quality controls and measurements to ensure conformity with established standards.
  • Diagnose and correct defects or deviations identified during assembly and testing.
  • Follow a structured training programme under experienced tutors and document work traceability.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly workstation and comply with safety, cleanliness and company quality procedures.

Qualifications

  • Motivation to undertake a formal watchmaking apprenticeship leading to a CFC (Certificate of Federal Capacity).
  • Application dossier to include: curriculum vitae, letter of motivation and school reports for the last three academic years.
  • Excellent visual acuity and sustained capacity for concentration.
  • Manual dexterity, patience, meticulous attention to detail, and a logical, methodical approach to tasks.

Experience
