Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble and adjust individual components of mechanical watch movements with fine precision.
- Perform regulation and setting operations to guarantee correct functioning of mechanisms and complete watches.
- Execute rigorous quality controls and measurements to ensure conformity with established standards.
- Diagnose and correct defects or deviations identified during assembly and testing.
- Follow a structured training programme under experienced tutors and document work traceability.
- Maintain a clean, orderly workstation and comply with safety, cleanliness and company quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Motivation to undertake a formal watchmaking apprenticeship leading to a CFC (Certificate of Federal Capacity).
- Application dossier to include: curriculum vitae, letter of motivation and school reports for the last three academic years.
- Excellent visual acuity and sustained capacity for concentration.
- Manual dexterity, patience, meticulous attention to detail, and a logical, methodical approach to tasks.

No prior professional watchmaking experience required; the role is an entry-level apprenticeship targeted at candidates with strong academic records and demonstrable motivation for a technical career in horology.
Education
Secondary education completed or in progress; eligible to enrol in a CFC watchmaking apprenticeship (horloger·ère de production).
