Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the initiation of production orders for each item according to the established plan and monitor their execution.
- Ensure short-term load/capacity management across all production units in coordination with other managers.
- Contribute to the gradual integration of new products and processes in collaboration with planners, project managers, and production teams.
- Monitor action plans across various production interfaces to ensure delivery objectives are met.
- Participate in identifying solutions to accelerate production flow.
- Maintain and update master data and track relevant performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (HES) or Technical degree (ES) in logistics or production, or equivalent education.
- Experience in planning or scheduling within the supply chain.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and familiarity with decision-making tools.
