Rolex is hiring a Production Scheduler in Plan‑les‑Ouates, Switzerland — permanent role overseeing production planning, capacity and data integrity.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain detailed production schedules for finished articles and monitor execution through to completion.
  • Balance portfolio demand against available capacity, adjusting plans to ensure optimal load/capacity alignment.
  • Participate in the implementation, development and continuous optimisation of manufacturing methods and production means.
  • Identify and propose solutions to accelerate material and process flow across production lines.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of technical and production data used for planning and decision‑making.
  • Monitor production performance using key indicators and produce actionable reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Technical diploma or Bachelor (HES/HEG) in logistics, supply‑chain, industrial engineering or business management.
  • Prior experience in production planning or scheduling is preferred.
  • Proven ability to track and interpret production KPIs to drive operational decisions.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational rigour, analytical synthesis and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with clear and assertive communication.

Experience

Experience in production planning or scheduling is desired; practical exposure to capacity management and KPI monitoring is an asset.

Education
