Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily quality performance initiatives in collaboration with operations teams, industrialization services, suppliers, and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to quality best practices by participating in production sector steering sessions.
  • Actively engage in resolving quality incidents and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide technical support to colleagues during production phases.
  • Manage quality relationships with suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering (HES) or Technical Studies (ES) in Mechanics, Microtechnology, or equivalent, supplemented by quality training.
  • Proven professional experience in a similar role (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Knowledge in machining, finishing, and/or assembly sectors.

Skills

Proficiency in preventive and corrective quality management tools (problem-solving methodologies, 8D, 5M, QRQC). Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and team spirit. Excellent facilitation, listening, analytical, synthesis, communication, and adaptability skills. High capacity for learning and integration.

Experience

Minimum of 2-3 years of confirmed professional experience in a similar quality assurance role.

Education

Degree in Engineering (HES) or Technical Studies (ES) in Mechanics, Microtechnology, or equivalent.
