Production Quality Manager
Rolex in Geneva seeks a Production Quality Manager to lead quality teams and oversee project quality in watch manufacturing.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of quality professionals; translate global quality orientations into concrete roadmaps and individual objectives per pole.
- Foster a collaborative, trusting work environment that promotes communication, cohesion and cross‑functional exchange with production and other internal partners.
- Drive the Pilotage & Quality Projects / Superlative Control pole, ensuring project governance, deliverables and stakeholder mobilisation.
- Define, implement and monitor quality KPIs, reporting frameworks and control tools to ensure timely escalation and information flow.
- Identify and implement process improvements; anticipate regulatory, technical or operational changes and adapt quality processes accordingly.
- Promote a culture of quality across stakeholders and mobilise resources to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree (HES, HEG) or equivalent with solid knowledge of quality management principles.
- Professional experience in the watchmaking industry or precision manufacturing preferred.
- Proven track record in people management with the ability to set objectives, develop talent and build cohesive teams.
- Strong leadership, autonomy and a solutions‑oriented mindset; capacity to federate and propose pragmatic improvements.
- Discretion, exemplary conduct and strong commitment to organisational standards.
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in production quality within watchmaking or precision manufacturing, together with demonstrated team leadership and project management exposure.
Education
Bachelor degree (HES, HEG) or equivalent; formal training or continuing education in quality management is advantageous.
