Production Planner

Role & Responsibilities
- Launch and follow manufacturing orders for each item according to the established production plan, ensuring on‑time execution.
- Manage short‑term load and capacity across production units in coordination with other planners and unit managers.
- Support the phased introduction of new products and processes in collaboration with planners, project leads and production teams.
- Monitor and drive action plans across production interfaces to secure delivery objectives and service levels.
- Identify and propose solutions to accelerate flow and reduce lead times.
- Maintain and update master data and monitor relevant performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (HES) or a technical diploma (Technician ES) in logistics or production, or an equivalent qualification.
- Practical experience in production planning, scheduling or supply chain operations.
- Proven proficiency with an ERP system and good knowledge of a decision‑support / business‑intelligence tool (outil décisionnel).
- Excellent active listening and clear interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical synthesis capability, proactive mindset and resilience under pressure.

Experience
Experience in planning, scheduling or supply‑chain roles is required; exposure to production environments and coordination with manufacturing teams is expected.
Education
Engineering degree (HES) or technical diploma (Technician ES) in logistics, production or equivalent qualification.
