Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate production flow constraints into planning tools.
  • Develop and validate production plans with manufacturing teams to meet demand.
  • Manage capacities and inventories in alignment with long-term strategic objectives and short-term production constraints.
  • Implement contingency solutions in case of discrepancies and communicate impacts.
  • Ensure load/capacity alignment for critical positions within the portfolio horizon.
  • Actively participate in budget construction.
  • Develop various budget scenarios in collaboration with production sectors to achieve optimal compromises.

Qualifications

  • Degree from HES, EPFL, or a university-level education.
  • Proficiency in supply chain fundamentals.
  • Desired professional experience in a supply chain domain.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to propose solutions.
