Role & Responsibilities

  • Size resources and plan, organise and supervise the daily activities of a multidisciplinary production group.
  • Motivate, coach and develop team members to raise performance and technical capabilities.
  • Ensure delivery against production schedules while safeguarding product quality and controlling costs within the scope.
  • Promote, deploy and challenge continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Facilitate clear communication across functions and support change management within the production perimeter.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or technician diploma (ES) in business/process engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record in people management within a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lead and federate multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.
  • Strong communicator able to give meaning to objectives and accompany change.

Experience
