Product & Process Quality Engineer
Rolex in Geneva seeks a Product & Process Quality Engineer to lead risk-based quality control and statistical validation for manufacturing (full-time).

Role & Responsibilities
- Validate manufacturing processes through statistical analysis and implement risk-based, right-sized control strategies to guarantee product quality while accommodating production constraints.
- Lead cross-functional problem‑solving for complex quality issues using recognised methodologies (Process approach, FMEA/AMDEC, QRQC, 8D, 5M, brainstorming).
- Participate in and drive transversal quality projects focused on risk management and statistical process control.
- Support the deployment of a department-wide risk control approach across industrialisation and production teams.
- Perform process risk analyses (AMDEC/FMEA) and develop surveillance/control plans for new products and for continuous improvement of series production.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (HES, EPF/EPFL or equivalent).
- Proven professional experience in quality within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Technical curiosity and familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes; watchmaking process experience is an advantage.
- Strong communicator with proven ability to animate and influence multidisciplinary working groups.
- Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented with a capacity to mobilise stakeholders (fédérateur).
Skills
Experience
Several years of demonstrated experience in quality engineering or quality assurance within manufacturing (recommended 3–5 years); experience with risk analysis and statistical control preferred, watchmaking background advantageous.
Education
Engineering degree (HES, EPF/EPFL or equivalent).
