Procurement Intern — Class C Optimization
Rolex (Geneva) seeks a Procurement Intern to optimize Class C consumables, consolidate suppliers and implement sourcing innovations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze current purchases of Class C consumables to rationalize the item catalogue and reduce management costs.
- Identify, evaluate and consolidate existing suppliers to streamline procurement and improve total cost of ownership.
- Research and pilot innovative purchasing methods for low-value, high-volume items to increase process efficiency.
- Prepare quantitative analyses, dashboards and business cases to support recommendations and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, quality, finance) to align sourcing strategies and KPIs.
- Document supplier performance and propose supplier rationalization and qualification criteria.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in Supply Chain, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
- Strong analytical capacity with ability to synthesise data and produce clear recommendations.
- Rigorous, methodical and detail-oriented approach to process improvement.
- Effective written and oral communication; comfortable presenting analysis to stakeholders.
- Curious, proactive and able to propose pragmatic solutions.
Skills
Experience
Student internship role — no prior professional experience required. Previous internships or project experience in procurement, supply chain or operations is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a Master's degree (Supply Chain, Procurement, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or equivalent).
