Role & Responsibilities

  • Gather user requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Participate in all phases of PLM projects, from needs identification to post-deployment support.
  • Provide PLM user assistance and helpdesk support.
  • Conduct functional testing prior to solution delivery to end-users.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments responsible for the development, maintenance, and migration of the Windchill platform.
  • Ensure follow-up on open tickets with solution providers.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the industrial or aerospace sector.
  • Proven functional experience with PTC's Windchill solution.

Skills

Proficiency in MPMLink, PDMLink, and PartsLink modules. Familiarity with ERP and MES environments, with developed skills in Creo and/or SAP. Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation. Team player with a strong collaborative spirit. Native French speaker with a good command of English.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial or aerospace sector is required.

Education

University degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
