Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and mobilize a team of seven supply planners, fostering skills development, autonomy and engagement.
- Define and communicate clear objectives; align team priorities with business targets and measure progress.
- Organize work, set priorities and allocate resources to optimise planning operations and delivery.
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply and planning processes.
- Implement and uphold company rules, procedures and core values across the planning team.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or industrial/production management.
- Confirmed professional experience in logistics, procurement/supply planning and team leadership.
- Practical knowledge of operational planning processes and performance indicators (SAP, sourcing tools).
- Strong organisational capability, performance management experience and effective communication skills.
- Curiosity, solution orientation and a collaborative, team‑focused mindset.

Confirmed professional experience in logistics, procurement or supply planning with demonstrated people‑management responsibilities.
Education
