Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and mobilize a team of seven supply planners, fostering skills development, autonomy and engagement.
  • Define and communicate clear objectives; align team priorities with business targets and measure progress.
  • Organize work, set priorities and allocate resources to optimise planning operations and delivery.
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply and planning processes.
  • Implement and uphold company rules, procedures and core values across the planning team.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or industrial/production management.
  • Confirmed professional experience in logistics, procurement/supply planning and team leadership.
  • Practical knowledge of operational planning processes and performance indicators (SAP, sourcing tools).
  • Strong organisational capability, performance management experience and effective communication skills.
  • Curiosity, solution orientation and a collaborative, team‑focused mindset.

Experience
