Operational Excellence Intern (Process Improvement)
Rolex in Geneva seeks an Operational Excellence Intern (Process Improvement) for a 6‑month internship coordinating IT, Finance and Support.

Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition and formalisation of processes for transfer requests of resources/equipment.
- Plan and lead thematic workshops to capture requirements, map processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Serve as the primary interface and coordinator between IT, Finance and Support functions to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Collect and analyse improvement proposals and identify the most appropriate technical and organisational solutions.
- Support and supervise the operational rollout of new processes, promoting adoption and compliance with the reference framework.
- Draft functional specifications and requirements documentation for the implementation of new IT processes.
- Foster a positive, collaborative dynamic within project teams and stakeholder groups.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in Management or an equivalent graduate degree.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and/or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid command of MS Office.
- Comfortable leading meetings and facilitating workshops with cross‑functional participants.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable, analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving orientation.
- Availability for a 6‑month internship.
Skills
Experience
Enrollment in a Master’s programme with coursework or prior internship experience in process improvement, Lean or continuous improvement projects; experience facilitating workshops or coordinating cross‑functional initiatives is desirable.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Management or equivalent.
